IntelliChart Desktop is a FOREX chart program with advanced features. FOREX stands for foreign exchange market, or currency market. This program allows you to follow the oscillation in currency values, with the obvious intent to invest and profit.
This is a program for advanced traders. You will find here several advanced options in every aspect. You can customize the charts themselves in different ways, from size to time intervals. You can setup alerts to be notified when the price reaches certain values. A new feature allows you to connect the program to your broker and sell or buy orders directly from the graph view. Further, the program allows you to create automatic trading options. You can program advanced orders to buy/sell only to be sent when special conditions are met. A kind of virtual broker, to whom you have to specify every detail of your market options (it is, after all, only a computer program).
The program is well documented, with help available both from within the application and on the site. The support service was quick and efficient in answering my doubts. For a beginner (and for an advanced trader as well) there is also the MoneyTrek, a virtual trade platform, where the user is confronted with configurable challenges, picked from real, historical market situations.
As in any program of this type, you have to fill some personal data to get the application. You will be asked for your credit card number, even for the trial version. You can try the application for 7 days, but then it will cost you 100$/month. more
